This month for our Saturday Spotlight, we are featuring our wonderful saleswoman, Kirsten! Kirsten is the YOUNGEST salesperson on our team, and her fun, bubbly personality brings a positive energy to everyone she meets. This month also marks her 5-year anniversary with our dealership, making this recognition even more special. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with guests, earned a spot on our Salesperson of the Month leaderboard, and become a familiar face in many of the entertaining and creative TikTok videos featured on our page. To celebrate Kirsten's recognition, we sat down with her for a quick Q&A so you can get to know the person behind the smile:
1. What first sparked your interest in working in the automotive industry? 💭
"Five years ago, I started working here with my mom as an administrative assistant. I enjoyed the people and the work environment so much that I recently transitioned into a Sales position. It has given me a chance to grow professionally while continuing to work alongside with the people I've worked with for the past 5 years."
2. What is your dream vehicle?🚗
"A Porsche Cayenne or a Lexus RX!"
3. What do you enjoy most about your role and helping guests each day?🤝
"I enjoy getting to meet and connect with people each day. It's so fun to learn about each guest."
4. Early bird 🐦 or night owl 🦉?
"I am 100% a night owl!!"
5. What's one item you CANNOT start your workday without?😬
"I absolutely CANNOT start my day without 7brew!" (Pssst 7 Brew Coffee , looks like you've got a local influencer! 😉)
6. If your co-workers had to describe you in one word, what would it be?👀
" Young, or Squirrely!"
