Rems Automotive is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers & answer calls
• Schedule appointments
• Create/maintain repair orders
• Communicate between customers & technicians
• Handle payments & invoices
• Keep the front desk running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
• Customer service experience (automotive a plus!)
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Professional & dependable
• Comfortable using computers
