Greetings, as most of you are aware, I have sold my repair business located at 367 Bankhead Highway in Winfield and shifted my focus towards used car sales, primarily through wholesale channels. However, I remain committed to assisting anyone in need of a new vehicle. Additionally, I will offer automotive repair services at 1344 Weeks Road, as well as detailing services ranging from basic to comprehensive cleaning and restoration. UPDATE on COVID-19
As of 4/4/2020: COUCH SERVICE CENTER and COUCH WHOLESALE AUTO and TRUCK.
Both of our businesses (auto repair and auto sales are considered essential). Under the Governors new order we have to abide by these changes until April 30th, 2020.
* No Customer Is allowed inside the business.
(No EXCEPTIONS) (OUTSIDE BAY INCLUDED)
* All customers must remain a 6ft distance from employees and other consumers.
* Please try to remain in your vehicle when you arrive, we will come to you and get your information.
* We have a table with work orders and sanitizing necessities available outside for you to fill out and slide under the door. Gloves will also be available.
* We will sanitize your vehicle and wear gloves when we enter and exit.
* If you are here to buy or look at a vehicle, we will be able to maintain a 6ft distance.
* When test driving, all keys will be sanitized before and after. You will be required to wear gloves. Vehicle will be sanitized before and after you enter the vehicle.
* Test drive times will be limited in distance, you will also be required to have an Access letter, that we will provide for you.
These are rules that the State has mandated. Our number one priority is to keep our customers, staff, and our families safe.
We are here to keep your transportation “healthy and safe”, please respect these rules and regulations.
