1964-1973 Want to keep busy during my retirement at 69 years old. Don't want to get bored. Only two of us.

I stared this project 3 years ago. Immediately I work on the 3.3L and the 5.0L. Stripped everything out, completely. Salvage parts and components that still in good shape and functional. Buy new one to replace the damaged one. I am not going to get tons of money after restoration and selling them. Hope for brake even with my investment or perhaps make some profit. My friend David is my mechanic and I.

After Sandblasting the entire car body as inside, outside, under the car and roof under dash, If we replace the Quater Panel, we have the change to correct the inner wheel hub panel, sandblasted, then 2 coats of Premier. Take 12 Cans of Rubberized 2 coats for the undercoating to prevent and help from rust. 15 cans of Premer Gray color to paint the entire car, inside and outside to protect it from rust. I general it takes me about a week to sandblast the entire car, after everything are removed. All the parts and components are then checkout for defect or replace with new one. Parts and Components which are still good, I am sandblasting them the Paint them black to prevent rust. I never like sandblasting, unfortunately I have to do it. I have a Harbor Freight Snad Blasting Cabinet, But I end up do it outside, I built a 4x8' 1/4" thick plywood box, i sandblast big part such as the car door, even the hood or fender or trunk hood, I try to save money from buy sand, so I recycle the sand, the box help the sand from blowing away. this saves me money for sand. If I have a lot of money, I will not care to save the sand, it a pain in the butt. takes my time and just so dusty and tired. I am not dreaming of making a lot of money or getting rich out of these three cars, I just want to do something as with my retire and keep me busy instead of doing nothing. I hope you guys like my works.
