✔️ Seat patients upright at 90 degrees when possible
✔️ Ensure head is in neutral position (not flexed or extended)
✔️ Position bulb consistently at the same location each session
✔️ Allow patients to rest between maximum effort trials
✔️ Document any positioning modifications for future sessions
