We will be donating this to the Sweet Home Chili Supper Auction, cool little pedal car with a candy red paint job! The money it brings will go to a great cause and the kiddo that gets to call this his or hers will get to ride in style 😎

22 pushups a day for 22 days, day 2!I was nominated by Russell Neubauer and Seth Janecka to bring awareness to the Veteran Su***de problem we have in this country!

Today I nominate BrentandJennifer New owner of On Demand. He’s a good friend of mine and we go to him for all our AC and Heating needs!

The rules are simple:
* Once you are nominated your 22 days start the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 22 push-ups. Do them in any way you can. Effort is what counts…not form. If you are Facebook illiterate then the video is optional.
* Every day you must nominate a different person.
* And finally, have fun with this. This is a simple and interactive way to get the word out about a matter that we must continue to shed light on.
Studies show, we lose 22 veterans a day to su***de, and the hope is this small act shows our teammates they are never alone. We must continue to address the stigma surrounding mental health and proactively remove any guilt, shame, or resistance which stands in the way to seeking care.
