All packed and ready to embark on the first leg of the series in Cheese City. I am eagerly anticipating the event. It has been a considerable time since I last participated in 1/4 scale racing. The truck is new, although the LT3 has approximately 20 laps of dirt track experience. The sprinter has undergone a complete rebuild from the ground up, and I anticipate encountering some issues. The setup appears satisfactory. I would like to extend my gratitude to Don Lieske for lending me his trailer, which has greatly facilitated my preparations. I plan to provide live video coverage throughout the weekend and hopefully host a live on-track session with 1/4 scale racing today.

I am delighted to introduce our newest addition to our series. Deadend Raceway, situated in Blairburg, Iowa, is undergoing revitalization under the ownership of Greg Carsten, a long-time proprietor, this year. Located in the heart of Iowa, a hub for 1/4 scale racing, the track boasts an impressive layout. As a past QSAC member, the track will be integrated into our series next year and may potentially host Dirt Nationals in the future. The track features high banks and a 410-foot run line. We extend our sincere appreciation to Greg for joining our team and becoming an integral part of our community in the exciting sport of 1:4 scale auto racing.

Thursday night Mike Willmann and myself plan on having the promotor of Cheese City R/C on 1/4 Scale Today to talk about the first race in the 2026 1/4 Scale Dirt Series. This series will be sponsored by Team Holloway Racing and Graphics LLC along with Outlaw Raceway Park. Awards for top three each event and awards for top five after the 3 race series.
