I was first introduced to Autobahn back in 2024 at the very first Tint-a-palooza event. Wagon Guy gave me a heads up that "brand reps" would be there but there would 100% not be any pushy sales stuff happening.
They just liked the idea of what the event was trying to do and wanted to support.
He was 100% right. Dave Dellinger is a super chill dude, I call him temu Brad Pit, though he claims he doesn't see the resemblance.
We talked tint, film construction, pros and cons of different technologies, etc.
However, even if I would have wanted to switch, I wouldn't have been able to because I worked from my home garage...
Big brands like this with big time perks don't sell to just anyone, whether you agree with the brands policies or not, it is what it is.
Long story short, the Autobahn team has been extremely supportive of the film industry as a whole and will help you anyway they can, even if you are not buying from them. To me, that speaks volumes.
I had decided a long time ago that once I signed a lease, my next call was going to be to Autobahn Performance Films.
This picture was taken at this years Tint-a-Palooza, I had already signed a deal with them and was just waiting to move into our new shop before I could really talk about it.
All of these fine gentlemen are either dealers or otherwise involved with the brand. The point, a large portion of people who came to the Tint-a-Palooza are affiliated with Autobahn... It was an open invitation for all tinters regardless of what brand they used, personally, I feel Autobahn has done an outstanding job of building a brand of supportive people who do more than just buy/sell film.
Actions speak louder than words, and I'm proud to stand next to these folks who have, and no doubt will help shape the future of this industry.
Team "No Limits".
