We have mentioned in past about the Dutro Difference and it's meaning. So here's another Dutro Difference that separate us from other Manufactured home dealers.

EXPERIENCE.

Why is experience important when purchasing a new home?
1--For most people the home purchase is the biggest purchase of their life. Having an experienced company to lead you through the process and guide you will not only make the process easier but save you money in the end.

2-- Set up. Why is an experienced set up crew important? Over our 76 years in business many things have changed in this industry. The proper way of building a true Permanent Foundation, Delivery and set of the home, obtaining permits both at the State and local levels, and having the Licenses for Sale and Set up personal are just a few.

The Dutro Difference.
So what is the Dutro Difference?
It's many things actually, but here is an example of it in action this past Saturday.

A customer from a couple of years ago called Saturday morning with some concerns about her heating system. It was running but she thought it wasn't cycling correctly. Joe talked to her and told her he would be out after he finished up at the office that afternoon. That afternoon he was able to slip away and go take a look at the unit. There was an issue, and Joe had the parts in the service truck to make the repairs. Problem solved!!

Moral of the story.... When you buy a home from Dutro's your not just buying a house. Your buying the piece of mind that if ever a problem should arise you can pick up the phone and ask questions to someone who actually works on the products they sell.

As Ohio's Oldest Manufactured Home dealer we take great pride in taking care of our customers long after the sale of the home. It's what Ralph Dutro (1st generation), Terry Dutro (2nd generation), and Joe Dutro (3rd generation) have all ingrained in our employees throughout the 76 years.

The last home of 2025 is officially finished and the new homeowners are moving in just in time for the new year.
It's been a battle with the weather as of late. Snow, rain, wind, and cold but this is December in Ohio. Most importantly is that the final product results in a happy customer moving into their home!!
Thank you to our crew "The boys" for all of their hard work and attention to detail as always despite the working conditions.

Oh what a difference a week makes!!

Last Monday the boys delivered the second half of this Skyline home and set both halves on the crawlspace. Today/Monday the boys finished up the home. 100 percent complete.

Set, siding, roof capped, tied down, water hooked up, drain lines hooked up, electric service installed and connected by the power company, AC Installed, carpet finished, drywall hung and finished, doors hung, walls painted, trim Installed, storm doors installed and the entire home cleaned.
MOVE IN READY!!
