So I sit here today a mere shell of myself… oh wait where was I going with this…
I sit here today and look at the colorful shells and white coral on the beautiful sandy beaches next to the most glorious blue waters of the Caribbean and I think back to all the wonderful people we have met on our adventures this season. We have truly been blessed with all the funny, smart, down to earth, witty, sweet, and adventurous guests we have chartered with this season. Our season is winding down for the year and it would not be complete without saying Thank you to our fabulous guests. I have many pictures from the season that I intend on posting so all my family and friends and future chartering guests can see some of the most beautiful places here in the Caribbean. I also would like to make note of some of the fantastic comments we had this season which makes me believe more every day that we are great at this and we belong on a boat making wonderful memories for our Guests.
…Night Diver and Starfish Crew…”What a fabulous 12 days. We were onboard Fidelity for our Anniversary, Christmas, and New Years and Scott and Renee went above and beyond to make every occasion beautiful, delicious and memorable. Renee is a gifted chef and can work with any constraint and still cook up a feast.”
…The Ski Two Crew…”Renee your food was some of the best we have ever had. My all time favorite was your lamb chops. All of it was sublime and served with a lovely smile. Scott, thank you for your expertise, your humor and for seeing that we had all we needed to get the best out of our time in the BVI. “

There were so many more wonderful compliments and whole log book pages filled out but the list is long and I think after reading this, you realize that we do our very best to make memories and friends that will last a lifetime.

Some of highlights of our charter this week with a very nice couple from Florida. Our guest this week was an ASA sailing student and he passed his courses with flying colors. They took some time out of class to enjoy our marine life in our crystal blue waters. Their crew name was the Retired Ropers. As everyone knows who has sailed with us that each charter guests are given crew names. Anyone who sailed with us and remembers their crew name we would love for you to post here. We love our guests past and present. Come sail with us again.

The Happy Chef Renee prepared a pork tenderloin dijon with coconut rice and a papaya and honey slaw and mango chutney. And for breakfast we had Painkiller French Toast with fresh pineapple and mint.
