We can install your own parts, or source them for you through discount auto retailers, salvage yards, ebay, etc; without the parts markup, you pay what we pay for the parts. First time customers invoice due on pickup, return customers 30 day invoice due date. One hour free diagnostic for new customers, all repairs estimates are emailed out via quickbooks before repairs are started so you know what you are going to pay, no surprises(Note: if rust is suspected to be a problem the book flat rate may not be applied and instead would be an agreed upon labor time maximum and if job takes less time you would be billed that instead of the max and if job goes over I would eat that time).
