Dump and long post from Mod Nationals now that I’m home! Overall I’d say the event was a success. It was my first dig event and I went with the goal of learning and I did a lot of that. When the car wasn’t having issues I was seeing new PBs every run. Started the event off with a 1.7 60ft and managed to get it down to a 1.4, which I think is pretty good for a foot brake, stock converter, stock shock car. Saw an overall 1/4 mile PB of 9.64 @ 146.

I did run in the true street class with the goal of taking home the 10.0 average win. Sadly that’s when I started seeing issues with transmission making shifts on either 3-4 or 4-5. Still managed to average a 10.090 but was just short (0.006) of getting into the winners circle for the first time. Last video you can hear the car missing the 3-4 shift and just banging redline. This was definitely the last event for the stock trans.

Thank you to everyone who got videos of my runs all weekend, my dad and sister for coming out to support, Rudy Amaya and his family, my mom for taking care of my daughter while my wife was working, and of course thank you to my wife for always supporting me!

Due to the offseason and changes to the car, next event will most likely be Street Cat Bragging Rights in April. I will be going for 8s

Back and looking a little different!

Ryan Rudloff - Owner of C2Customs got this thing looking right once again. This is definitely out of the ordinary for me, but I always say I’ll try anything once and I don’t regret it.

Been a grind getting this car ready for Hosted by Mod Motor Mustangs but it’s almost time to load it on the trailer and head out. I got the BMR drag k-member in, Steeda drag springs, Parabellum Metalworx belly pan, headlight duct from LENZ Composites and my dad helped me fab up some lower supports for the bumper. Time for a new PB!

First event that’s not roll racing, will be running True Street to ease into it. Looking to do heads up racing once the trans/converter is done. Might also be rocking a new look that weekend if everything works out🤞🏻
