Looking to move into aviation fuel without buying a new tanker?

TRD converts existing fuel tankers to transport Jet A1. Aviation fuel has stricter product quality and handling requirements than road diesel or petrol, so the conversion is planned around your specific unit and how it will be used.

The fastest pressure test is the one where the unit arrives ready.

A tanker that is empty with its previous certificates and records available, moves through testing with less waiting and fewer surprises. Known defects reported upfront can be quoted and repaired in the same visit.

TRD will talk you through what your unit needs before it arrives, so the booking turns into a certificate rather than a second visit.

An expired certificate parks a tanker as effectively as a mechanical failure.

Three-year and six-year pressure tests and the fifteen-year revalidation each carry their own scope and documentation requirements, and they are all predictable. Reacting to an expiry in November is the most expensive way to manage a known date.

TRD carries out statutory pressure testing and revalidation with the documentation fleets need for compliance and audit.

Every tanker that leaves our workshop goes back to work on South African roads.

This Transport Month, TRD is focusing on what gets a unit back into service safely: testing it can be certified on, repairs done properly, and a workshop that can take any tanker regardless of who built it.
