Hi Guys. Have a look at our Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing body buck and chassis we recently sent to a customer in the UK. For the body buck he is having the parts CNC cut locally. For the chassis he is having all the parts laser cut locally. All the tube notching is already designed in. So a CNC tube laser is needed for the tubes. Ensuring a perfect fit.

Hi Guys. A few years ago we designed this beautiful car for a customer in Germany. The car has a Hotchkiss chassis and uses a 16 cylinder vintage engine. We designed the body buck and also the Ash wooden frame. Our customer sent the project to another customer of ours, AutoSpa in Poland to build the body. Last week I was sent a progress video I would like to show you. It's so nice to see the cars progressing and the amazing skills and workmanship.

Hi Guys. We have recently completed a Mercedes SL Concept car design and body buck ptoject. We have had quite a few requests for a body buck design for this concept SL. The original design looks fantastic but practically wouldn't work as there would be no steering or suspension travel etc. We have redesigned the car so that it would fit perfectly on a Mercedes SLK R171 series tdonor car that was built 2004 to 2007. We also designed a removable hardtop for the car. This car is going to be built in South Africa and we will keep you updated on the progress.
