We are a quite a large towing company situated in Cape Town central mainly. We started out with one towtruck in 2003, and have since grown to 12 Towtrucks and 2 Rollback. We are based in Cape Town CBD, but we can do work in all surrounding areas as well. (Areas include: maitland, N1 outgoing up until N7, camps bay, Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Woodstock, Salt river, mowbray, rondebosch etc) I
f we are called out to collect a vehicle in all other areas, we gladly do so. We do roadside assistance (tyre change,Jump starts and as well as accident tows. Our prices are reasonable.We charge the stipulated rates for the insurance companies we are contracted to. We can also do recoveries for vehicles that are in unreachable places. ( down the mountain etc.) Most of our towing vehicles are double cabs, which means we can give our clients a lift to wherever they need to be after the accident. We have a secure lock up storage yard in Maitland for all the vehicles until the insurance decides where they want the vehicle to go. Or the vehicle is taken straight to wherever the insurance company wants the vehicle to go to straight from the accident. Or we store our vehicles at Island Auto Panel at 25 Verbena Street, Paarden Eiland. 7420. We strive to bring our clients the best service possible, not just for the once off towing, but we strive to gain them as lifelong clients as well. With us there are no hidden agenda`s, what you see is what you get. We also believe honesty plays a big part in any company. We are reliable and always there for our clients. Our towing service is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a member of SATRA ( South African Towing and Recovery Association)
We do work for a lot of insurance companies. Examples( santam, mutual and federal, Hollard and Telesure) as well as some of the smaller insurance companies. We also do a lot of work for Avis Rent a Car. We have 3rd party insurance for our customers peace of mind. As well as full cover on all of our towtrucks.
