Fixing a bad calibration on this Toyota GR Hilux.

It came to us tuned elsewhere, but the owner was deeply unsatisfied with the power delivery and found the transmission lazy and hesitant across every gear.

We recalibrated the software to deliver smoother, more consistent power, taking torque from 628 Nm up to 680 Nm, while reprogramming the gearbox so it shifts crisp, sharp, and properly in sync with the engine.

Always great having loyal clients return to the workshop. We carried out a round of essential preventative maintenance on this M2, replacing the oil filter housing gasket, oil thermostat gasket, and oil feed O-rings to stop oil leaks before they start.

We rounded it out with fresh spark plugs, a new auxiliary belt, and a complete engine oil service to keep that straight-six running flawlessly.
