🚛 Rest is Not Weakness — It’s Wisdom
Fatigue is one of the biggest dangers on our roads.
Make it a non-negotiable habit to:
Stop every 2 hours
Take at least a 5-minute break
Walk around your truck 2–3 times
Stretch your back, shoulders, hamstrings, and calves
Take deep breaths before continuing
A short stop can prevent a long problem.
🥩 Road Food Matters
We know it’s easy to grab take-aways on the road. But too many carbs and sugary drinks lead to:
Energy crashes
Poor focus
Weight gain
Long-term health problems
Try this instead:
Choose grilled meat, chicken, eggs, biltong, nuts
Add salad or vegetables when possible
Reduce white bread, chips, and sugary cooldrinks
Drink more water
