As a result of someone rear-ending my Toyota Fortuner, I had to have some fairly extensive repairs done. Ryan's Autobody Repairs were absolutely fantastic all the way through from quoting through to delivery of the repaired vehicle. Service was outstanding, quality of workmanship brilliant and customer care better than anything i have received anywhere in South Africa. It was my first time using a panel be**er in Cape Town - I went to 4 other panel be**ers around - HANDS DOWN the best price with the kindest and most efficient service. I received my quote the morning after - I went to visit the afternoon before. In a world awash with reports of poor customer service, it is important to give credit when one experiences good or exceptional service. I received the latter at Ryan's Auto Body Shop in Ndabeni through an old friend and employee at the business, Isadore January. Quick and transparent quote (very reasonable), transport to place of work on delivery of my car, communication of and approval for additional work, completion of the job on time. Done!
