General information
Tuff Guard has been the industry leader in polyurethane linings for over 30 years. We don’t profess to have invented polyurethane, we have however perfected the application process. We have recently relocated our workshop and offices to a new location with easy access to all major arterial routes. Our workshop is now located at Unit 1 Sunset Park, 10 Warbler Close, Marconi Beam. Warbler Close is located off Racecourse Road, Montague Gardens, behind Farber Coachworks. ‘Rubberising’ is often thought of as a product applied as a Bakkie lining however we exploit the product in other areas often not considered in most industries. Polyurethane is a versatile product that should be applied to protect your premises, vehicles, facilities, staff and customers.
Polyurethane is non-porous, does not give off colour once applied, its expandable, retains 100% memory, can be applied to almost any surface, is solvent resistant, sprayed on and therefore seamless, easy to clean, can be applied in any colour and will not perish or retain dirt. You can coat the floor, meat preparation area, processing and packaging, health/hygiene preparation areas for staff, chemical footwear disinfectant baths, to name a few options.
