POSITION AVAILABLE - Receptionist

M & H Bodies PTY Ltd, in Wilsonia East London, has a position available for a receptionist.

Requirements:

Matric
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Punctual and well presented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience with Dr Smash and Pastel advantageous but training may be provided.
Own transport essential.

Description:

Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
Greet customers and direct them to the person responsible for their query.
Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
General administration duties and tasks.
Provide administrative support to the office staff and Director.
Handle general office inquiries and provide information to customers, visitors and callers.
Capturing and filing of creditor invoices on Pastel.
