Yes, we know, we've been VERY quiet but only because we've been flat out working on all the projects! Here is just a little taste of everything we've been busy with - finishing up the upgrades and maintenance on the RXi, building the engine for the Hilux, upholstering the Cobra roof and making trim pieces, fitting the wheel spacers on the Es**rt, building the load bed deck for the '41 Chev, sorting out the upholstery for the Hilux, repairing interior panels for the Es**rt, buying parts for the Willys, fabricating and fitting panels in the Willys, changing the gearbox on the C10 , building the Sera exhaust and figuring out a stalling issue on the F100. Phew, I'm tired just thinking about all of it, and we're still flat out!

Mega Monday! Progress on the Willys has been very good since it arrived back at Ace Customs (from Ace Customs Racing). All the cosmetic parts are on, as well as head and tail lights. Interior door panel fabrication has also begun. Looking forward to the finished product.

Phew, it's Wednesday. You can breathe easy now, you've made it halfway through the week. Another thing that's going to breathe easy is the Chev K10 with this simple but effective intake that we built.

Work on the '41 Chev continues, this time on the load bin. The team has built (and is still in the process of building) a custom load bed using wood composite decking boards. The bed includes an open storage box and a closed (with a lid) storage box where the battery is also located. Watch this space, more cool tweaks and features still to come.

Mellow Yellow Monday! The '41 Chev engine is being assembled and the yellow the client has chosen is really popping. Gonna look epic in the car with other subtle yellow accents like yellow stitching on the seats.

We've been busy, really busy, hence the lack of updates. That said, something very cool arrived at the shop yesterday! Prior Design widebody R35 GTR in for some bodykit repairs. The team are excited, as you can see by the number of them around the car! 😂

What an honour to have been able to work on such a beautiful race car. The 635 not only has beautiful lines, but the sound of the big straight 6 is glorious. The team did a wide range of work on the car, from fitting a carbon intake, to fitting the door handles with custom brackets and covers, building a new centre switch box and powder coating some parts. Most of which required the team to use their awesome fabrication skills. The legends from RBTS Racing also installed a new ECU and tuned the car which resulted in a 20Kw plus gain in power. All in all, very pleased with the outcome.

It's the beginning of the week! Hopefully you've managed to gather yourself as well as this beautifully fabricated collector will gather exhaust gases in the Chevy K10 (V8) exhaust system.

Military Monday! The Hilux came back from paint and it came out waaaay better than expected. Love the green and black and we're carrying this theme into the interior as well. In the engine bay we'll add a little something, something extra just to spice it up. New (bigger) wheels also still need to go on (and a bunch of other goodies too).

Finally, the 300zx is on its wheels and on the ground for the first time. We still need to set the ride height but at least it's standing on its own feet! Progress cometh slowly..... but from here on we will start picking up momentum. Watch out world this 300zx will soon be hitting the streets!
