Dear Vodacom,
We are extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding the connectivity issues affecting our business internet at Car Care Clinic Comaro.
This matter was first reported last Thursday, and despite numerous follow-up calls, the problem remains unresolved. We continue to receive promises of assistance, yet our business is still operating without a reliable connection.
As a business, internet connectivity is not a luxuryโit is essential for serving customers, processing transactions, communicating with suppliers, and carrying out daily operations. The prolonged downtime has had a direct impact on our ability to conduct business.
We are now turning to social media in the hope that someone at Vodacom will take ownership of this matter and provide a meaningful update and resolution.
Can someone from Vodacom please contact us urgently and advise when this issue will finally be resolved?
