Did you know? In Japan, beginner drivers have to display a ‘Shoshinsha mark’- a green and yellow V-shaped symbol on their car for one year after they obtain a Standard Driver’s License. There is also a ‘Fukushi mark’ used to denote elderly drivers. Do you think we could use something like this here in SA?
