A valued client brought us his son's New Polo GTi last year for a simple sound upgrade to commute to college.
The plan started as one 10" in a carpet enclosure, when the vehicle came in the plan quickly changed to two 10" in a vinyl enclosure with one LED light......and then things got out of hand🙆🏽. Normally I'm the one to blame for this, but this time it wasn't me.
His son likes Batman and asked if we could incorporate some of the design cues into the build, let us know if you like how we achieved it.
Keep in mind, this vehicle was built a year ago and it finally found it's way to our social media.

So we repurposed the 3 x RF Prime 10" subs the client already had and added the Awave 1000.1 mono. A tiny amplifier that shocked us with the amount of power and control it has.

Front and rear doors received our standard door treatment with Steg X3 sound dampening and absorber foam to help minimise resonances and rattles.
The Awave components and coaxials replaced the OEM speakers with custom birchply baffles and stainless steel mounting hardware bolted into OEM locations.

The Awave DSPa6 amplifier takes care of the front and rear speakers as well as signal integration from the OEM radio.

For the small amount of power and small footprint of the Awave amplifiers, it delivers way above it's belt.

All our cars sound great, but we'll leave the client to comment on that if he wants to.

Simple Sundays😌
Here is a special car we built a little while back. Hope you enjoy it.

Starting up front the client wanted something different, so we opted for the Audible Physics Ram 2 way components and added the Ram 2a wideband driver.

Speaker locations were quite important for us as was aesthetics and practicality. An OEM type system was what the client wanted. So the mids were housed in custom plexiglass enclosures on the sail panels, which allowed for a solid mounting using OEM bolt locations. This gave us a wider stage. Matching vinyl blends perfectly with the door panels.
The tweeters found their way into custom pillars wrapped in OEM fabric to match the redone hoodlining. Colour changed from grey to black.
Midbass in the doors with proper door treatment works very well.
Rear sub is a JL Audio 12w7 in a pressure loaeded vented enclosure supplying the extremely low end, with a JL 6w3 upfront under the dash to help the midbass blend in much better with the rear sub.
Amplification and processing is handled by Mosconi.
As usual, soundproofing material was used throughout the vehicle.

We apologise for the lack of subwoofer and enclosure pictures as we forgot to take any. The boot is very understated with just plain carpet and everything hidden.

We will leave the client to comment on how it sounds if he would like to.

A very nice Suzuki Vitara from a good client and friend came in for a simple upgrade.

We added some Focal speakers for the front and rear with a pair of Infinity 10" subwoofers in a simple custom sealed enclosure.
Steg X3 CLD was used on all doors and necessary panels to help reduce resonance.
Amplifier choice was the RA 5channel receiving signal from a Kenwood radio with reverse camera.

All in all, a very simple and well balanced system for those long daily commutes.

This brand new Golf 8R came to us lacking severely in the bass department.
We were tasked to build a simple, effective and aesthetically pleasing subwoofer system.

We chose a pair of Steg SQ8se subwoofers and an Awave A500.1 mono for this duty.
Tight, accurate, detailed and mixed with a good dose of output is what we achieved.

Simple speaker upgrade in this Nissan Skyline GT R32 with the addition of our Awave DSP amplifier with built-in hi-res BT streaming.
Very unassuming for its size and affordability delivering on time...every time.
Steg X3 CLD helps tame the large metal panels from resonance.

Blam speakers front and rear supplied by the client with our usual, solid installation techniques makes for a good sounding car with no sub.
.......because even racecars need good music so you can jam out while on the track!!

I'm not a photographer...so forgive the lack of edited pretty pictures. What you see is what you get.

I'm not a writer...so forgive the lack of fancy technical vocabulary.

What I am though...is an installer with an attention to detail that's almost second to none!!!
Couple this with a decade of hands on experience in fabricating A-pillars and 3 way systems is what allows me to deliver...again and again and again...........
The Steg X3 sound damping material is fantastic to work with and the results are exceptional for the price you pay.
Toyota Yaris with a Sound Quality oriented system for a hi-end client with a penchant for accurate musical reproduction.
Steg Audio MLG63c coupled with the ML35 has delivered effortlessly on these requirements. A combination that's hard to beat in aesthetics and quality. Paired with a Mosconi Pico 6to8dsp amplifier and a Gladen subwoofer that's been carried over from his previous vehicle, this car now leaves you looking forward to traffic jams.

Mazda CX3 with an OEM stealth upgrade with all the attention paid to the most important bits..... installation!!

Mosconi Pico 6to8dsp amplifier receiving the signal from the OEM head unit.
Powering a set of Audible Physics Avatar in active mode and a single 10" Gladen M-Line subwoofer that performs exceptionally well for its weight class.

Client is an extremely pedantic individual when it comes to his music considering his home audio setup, we had to ensure that this met every requirement and then exceeded it.
