KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception & Customer Service
• Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Service Department Support
• Schedule service bookings
• Assist with vehicle check-ins
• Handle customer service-related queries
Cashier & Payments
• Receive customer payments
• Process receipts accurately
• Handle payment-related queries professionally
Administrative & Financial Duties
• Open and manage job cards / orders
• Capture supplier invoices accurately
• Bring vehicles into stock on the system
• Invoice vehicles correctly and efficiently
• Perform daily bank analysis / reconciliations
• General administrative support as required
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous reception / administrative experience preferred
• Basic accounting / financial administration understanding
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette
• High attention to detail and accuracy
