This Ford 4.0 V6 stood for 6 months with unresolved OEM ECU issues.

We supplied, fitted and tuned the Spitronics management system on this engine, and now this V6 lives again! 💪

🔥 BMW E46 BARRA SWAP — FIRST START! 🔥

After all the fabrication, modifications and hard work to get the Ford Barra fitted into the E46 engine bay, it's time for another big milestone!

The Spitronics Mercury 2 is fitted to manage the engine, and we're one step further along in bringing this unique conversion to life.

This is only the beginning! There's still plenty to do, with the turbo installation and further development coming up next. 💪

🔧 BMW E46 Barra Swap Update!🔥
🚗Follow us for the Startup Video!

This conversion has been a real challenge so far! Getting the Ford Barra engine to fit properly in the BMW E46 engine bay has required some serious fabrication. The Barra is not only a long engine, but also a very tall one!

Our goal is to make everything fit properly while ensuring the bonnet closes and retaining the BMW’s original exterior look as much as possible.

To achieve this, we’ve had to:
🔹 Modify the firewall for clearance
🔹 Modify the engine sump
🔹 Relocate the gear lever

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but progress is being made! 💪

Next up: Turbo installation! 🐌🔥 Intake modification.

Stay tuned as we continue transforming this E46 into something seriously different. More updates coming as the build progresses!

Ford Ranger 1UZ-FE Conversion - Shifter Correction

Ford Ranger Lexus V8 conversion that came in needing some attention to the finishing details.

The vehicle was fitted with a 1UZ-FE V8, but the previous shifter installation involved cutting up the centre console and fitting a very rough shifter setup.

We removed the previous setup and reinstalled the original Ford Ranger shifter, modifying the linkage so that the factory-style shifter operates the automatic gearbox correctly.

Much cleaner result, factory-looking interior, and no unnecessary cutting of the console.

Sometimes the best conversion work is the work you can’t see.
