Limousine Toyota Fortuner built by Violet Automotive!
A blank canvas + Violet Automotive = 1 amazing custom build.
Incorporating many elements of custom fabrication, multiple do-overs until it was done right until total satisfaction. From choosing materials that are light-weight and can be shaped to our imagination, including a simple yet detailed safe electrical system fully fused with full mobile features with the highest grade components.
The audio system is one that we are particularly proud of that incorporates a full DD Audio system utilising 8 x 6.5inch coax speakers and a 310e 10inch 500w RMS series subwoofer in downfiring position that's ported to low 33hz for that chest punching low bass. The heart of the system runs off a Reference Audio 5 channel amplifier and same brand BTR08 android based head unit for wireless Android Auto/Apple Car Play connectivity.
There's 5G WIFI connectivity as well as full HD 32inch Smart TV linked to the crystal clear audio system.
220v AC power is provided by the ultra sturdy premium Victron system that works in almost any application. Phone charging takes places with PD and QC delivery rates. The system is supplemented with Lithium battery with build in BMS and Bluetooth remote monitoring.
A crystal clear 2 way intercom system allows communication between the driver and rear passengers.
The lighting system is only a fraction of what was offered. Cabinet lighting is colour controlled based on mood and theme. Ambient lighting is also fitted.
The bar is not just any bar. We carefully planned our liquor dispensers, ice storage, 220v fridge, glassware for shots, b**r mugs, w**e kit etc. And no rattles or glasses clinking. All fitting super snug thats been well thought out and done to our levels of quality and acceptance.
Most importantly, this entire system is master controlled by the driver effortlessly to full shut off or on as required totally wirelessly.
This build is not just slapped together. Its been thoroughly thought out, planned, rebuilt until perfected and given the final rubber stamp of acceptance.
The videos don't do any justice until its seen in person and appreciated for the work thsts went into it. No corners cut. Done the right way and total confidence in the durability of the build.
