Damm blood clots in my lower leg are wearing me down.
As ive had veins removed before it has to be conservatively treated at first, thankfully it seems to.be limited to superficial veins only. Cant even do upper body weights at present due to the leg swelling and trying to work is difficult

Measuring the head bolts they stretched by 3mm
Engineer and reassemble all good.
