Meet the BMW M4 CSL

BMW have unleashed yet another beast and called it the M4 CSL, and this is all you need to know about it.
- 405kW (543hp) 650Nm torque
- 0-100km/h in 3.4sec
- Rear wheel drive = drift mode
- Carbon fibre trims all around to reduce more weight (100kg to be exact)
- Only 1000 units will be built globally
- 15 will be available in South Africa.

Best believe that the BMW M4 CSL will be sold out by the time it officially lands on South African soil because there are some very serious BMW fanboys in the South African market. We cannot wait for this one.

Whether it’s business or leisure, the Mercedes V class is, apart from the famous Escalade in US, arguably the best set of wheels to travel in.
This is why:

Mercedes has the set the bar really high with this particular V300d variant. It’s kitted with the AMG Styling pack, Burmeister sound system, 360° camera, heated and cooled front/rear seats, ambient lighting and it even has a mini fridge.
On the outside, you get rear and front LED lights, 19" wheels, and tinted windows which give it a stealth look. These optional tan seats on this particular spec are really comfortable and look superb. It’s also fitted with a sliding panoramic sunroof which comes in handy in the summer time. All in all, the cabin is a very comfy and luxurious place to be in.

Performance*
This particular model has a 2.0L 4 cylinder diesel engine that puts out kW and 550Nm of torque via 9-speed automatic gearbox. It will do the 0-100km/h sprint in 7.8 seconds and top out at 220km/h. Very impressive for a big people mover. The fuel consumption is not bad either, averaging 7.8/100km and a range of 897km. Very impressive!

Verdict

If you want to travel in style and luxury, look no further than the Mercedes V Class. It is the pinnacle of style, luxury and comfort in the people mover segment.

The New Range Rover Sport!

Performance SUV'S have taken the world by storm. They combine practicality with all the performance you get in sportscars, and sometimes supercars. Truth is, there has always been one choice that stands out from the rest in the SUV category.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the new Range Rover Sport and what a sight to behold.

Exterior & Interior*
At first glance, you would be forgiven if the only words to come out of your mouth are "wow" and "OMG." In our opinion, the new Range Rover looks categorically stunning!It gets a new front end design with slick looking headlights and taillights, more aggressive looking front and rear bumper. It just looks well put together.
On the inside is where Range Rover have outdone themselves. You get a 13.1" infotainment screen which is running the new PiviPro system with heptic feedback when you press the screen. You also get a 13.7" digital drivers display, 360° camera, parking sense and loads of other drivers assistance systems. The cabin is filled with soft leathers and high end finishes such as forged carbon fibre in the doors. It is just a luxurious place to be in

Engines/Performance*
The Range Rover Sport will come with a few engine choices ranging from the P360 SE trim level with a mild hybrid system delivering 355 horsepower and 500Nm of torque to the P530 first edition trim with the 4.4l twin turbo V8 from BMW pushing out 523 horsepower and 750Nm of torque. That is enough to shoot the P530 to 100km/h in just 4.3 seconds. We are still yet to hear about the SVR but that shouldbe one rocket ship. All the engines however will have an 8-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels. There will also be a fully electric version in 2024 which we don't know much about but look forward to seeing what Range Rover will produce.

We certainly cannot wait to see this masterpiece of engineering in person in the near future!

The Mercedes GLE 43 AMG LUMMA

Ever wondered what an AMG suv on steroids would look like? Well this is it- The AMG GLE 43 Lumma.

The aggressive exterior design is all thanks to the LUMMA kit fitted on this particular spec in picture. They simply added red and place accents the the bumpers, blacked out the front grille, added massive 24” wheels, then topped it off by adding bits of carbon trims on the front and rear end of the car to complete what looks like an absolute beast of a performance SUV.

Speaking of performance, the GLE 43 packs a 3 litre V6 engine capable of producing 270kW & 520Nm of torque. That’s enough to send it from 0-100km/h in 5.7 seconds and all the way through to 250km/h. It is an AMG after all.

In terms of practicality, the Coupe has more than enough room for a family of 5, and the boot capacity is enough to carry all their luggage. The air suspension makes the GLE a comfortable ride when taking on long distances.
