COUNTER SALES VACANCY

State Auto Diesel is looking for an enthusiastic female to join our team as a Counter Salesperson in the automotive industry.

Requirements:

•Working experience in automotive part sales will be an advantage
•Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
•Clear criminal record
•Computer literate
•Ability to speak one on one
•Ability to listen effectively
•Ability to interpret customer needs
•Matric certificate

Responsibilities include:
•Telephone and counter sales
•Provide and follow up on quotations
•Source or order stock if unavailable
•Give basic advice on certain parts
•Reach monthly targets and be pro-active to the grow the business
•Assist with yearly stock take

Technical Sales Representative Position

Responsibilities
•Promote the company it's people and all services it provides
•Develop new business
•Grow existing customer base
•Ensure maximum profitability
•Negotiate new and existing contract renewals

KPI's
•Meet the monthly revenue targets between yourself and the Sales Manager
•Estabilish at least 5 new first time business calls per week, unless the target agreed in writing between yourself and the Sales Manager allows a different number

Requirements
•Candidates must have sales experience
•Having technical knowledge with regards to diesel engines and vehicle spares will be an advantage
•Candidates must reside in the Welkom Area
•Be conversant in both the English and Afrikaans language
•Must be in possession of a valid driver's license
