A neat little AST tank made up to finish off the FD3S coolant system, as close to a mirror image of the oil catch can as possible 😊

Not much left before stripping the engine bay for powdercoating and making jigs for the V-mount kit!

Stainless exhaust system completed for the rotary 323 build! We ran the 2" primary pipes up to a tight merge collector at the diff, which was flared smoothly in our hydraulic press to feed the 3" rear section and 3.5" tip.

The best rotary mufflers fitted as usual, Matthew Davis 👌

S13 Silvia 3" stainless downpipe whipped up, used a metal 3D printed 316L fl**ge for a very easy design. Also incorporated an 02 sensor b**g into the print to make installation as easy as possible 👌

Oil catch can made up for the FD3S build 😊 always a pleasure to fabricate these little jigsaw puzzles.

This one features laser cut 2mm aluminium construction, twin 10AN inlets/6AN drain port, and 3 stages of baffling. Decided to blend the welds on this one for a change, very happy with the clean appearance!

FB Rx-7 muffler back to back comparison test! We tested an X-force 6"x18" against an AES 7"×16". Both systems used twin 3.5" body resonators, with the only difference being AES/X-force. Tests were done on a stock 12A vehicle... excuse the noisy alternator bearing 😅

3 volume tests were conducted: Idle, free revs, and holding at 4500rpm. The dB meter was placed 500mm from the tailpipe at a 45* angle as per EPA standards.

Results were reasonably similar for idle and free rev dB, with the AES system being noticeably quieter in the 4500rpm test. The X-force system sounded great at high rpm and is a little more raspy. The AES mufflers sound deeper and more refined, and are the better sounding mufflers for a street car in our opinion- 5db quieter at cruising rpm would be ideal for highway driving.

Stainless headers made up for Gaige's 323 build! These feature our 12mm engine fl**ge, 2" 304SS runners, and are fully back purged for as much strength as possible to support the peripheral port 13B engine.

Took the time to make a jig for these, and have added to the website. Link in bio for more information 😊

S13 Silvia intercooler and air intake pipes all finished! A tricky job, but very happy with the end result 👌 despite the complex appearance and lack of silicone joiners, all pipes and the air filter can be fitted very easily.

Exhaust system and some catch can mods are up next for this one.

S13 Silvia airbox mounted up, no better feeling than seeing a custom part designed off a 3D scan come to life and fit perfectly 👌 just the charcoal canister section left on this one.

Up next is the 2.5" hot side and turbo air intake pipes. These will run through the circular bulkhead fl**ges on the airbox for a clean finish with no visible welds.

Gaige's mint 323 hatch! In for a transmission crossmember, and tunnel/fuel tank clearancing to suit the peripheral port 13B rotary conversion

We will also be fabricating a complete stainless exhaust system from headers to tip using AES Racing Mufflers 👌
