Scotty's Tech Tip

With the colder months hitting now, your bikes battery is under more stress.
Reason behind this is the cold tends to increase the risk of the battery dropping a cell and Harley davidson battery issues often stem from the modern security system parasitic draw.
What is a parasitic draw?
Modern harley security systems and alarms continuously draw power and if you don't ride the bike often, the security system will deplete the battery.
The fix!!
Have a Battery Tender fitted to the bike so that it keeps a smart trickle charge going to the battery. This will give you longer battery life a save you from a s**t day when your bike won't start.

Had the absolute pleasure of working on this radical chopper again.
New front brake master cylinder fitted and couple of other quick repairs.

We finished off the full rewire of Tubby's beautiful Evo.
Pretty happy with the end result.
Customer was stocked to finally have every electrical function work on his bike.
Job well done

Scotty finally got to do some work on his own bike in between customer bikes added a 26 inch front wheel, new Attitude front guard, 6 degree rake with hidden steering stops, new bar mount controls and a 2023 Breakout fuel tank.
Off to the paint shop now, can't wait to see the final product. Although with modified bikes is ever really finished 🤣🤣🤣
