“Another shop might have tried to make a quick buck off an unsuspecting customer. Not Bemac." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When S.P.'s 2022 Volvo had a minor impact with a snowbank, a piece of trim came loose from the front bumper cover.

Hoping the front bumper could be saved, they brought the car to Bemac for an estimate.

Our technician took the car in for a closer look. Less than 10 minutes later, the trim was removed, tabs adjusted, reinstalled, polished and repaired. No new front bumper needed!

Joe Frangione was at a conference in Frisco, Texas, when he got a call from our team back in Ottawa. A customer's car needed a backordered part that was holding up delivery.

Joe's response? "Sure, of course."

He tracked down the part at McDavid Honda in Texas, picked it up himself, and brought it back to Ottawa so we could deliver the car on time and save the insurance company significant rental costs.
