🛡️ YOUR YACHT IS INSURED. BUT IS YOUR SHIPYARD?

Before entrusting your yacht to a shipyard, make sure its insurance coverage matches the value of your vessel.

Lifting, handling, transport, maintenance and storage all involve risks.

At MDCP Yacht Refit & Commissioning, we take insurance coverage and professional responsibility seriously.

⚓ Your yacht deserves more than expertise. It deserves protection.

BROKERS — You sell the yacht. We make it ready to sell. ⚓
A yacht that is technically sound and well presented is easier to showcase to potential buyers.
At MDCP Yacht Refit & Commissioning, we work alongside yacht brokers to prepare 10–30m yachts and multihulls before they go on the market.
From cosmetic improvements to technical repairs, haul-out, maintenance and survey findings, our team can coordinate the work through one point of contact.
And once the yacht is sold, we can also assist the new owner with upgrades, maintenance and refit work.
🤝 You manage the sale. We take care of the yacht.

Refit instead of replacing — a more sustainable approach to yachting. 🌱⚓

Extending the life of an existing yacht is not only an economic choice — it is also a way to reduce the consumption of new resources and limit waste.

At MDCP, we believe that a well-planned refit can give a yacht a second life while preserving and enhancing its value.

👉 Refurbishing a yacht can cost between 30% and 50% of the price of a new one.

For yacht owners, captains, managers and industry professionals, choosing refit means making the most of an existing asset while contributing to a more sustainable boating industry.

Less resources. Less waste. More life for your yacht.
