Citroën C4 Picasso 1.6 BlueHDi – AdBlue Software Solution

This Citroën C4 Picasso came to us with an expensive AdBlue system fault, leaving the owner facing a hefty repair bill to replace faulty components.

Rather than spending a small fortune on replacement parts, the customer got in touch to see what alternative options were available.

We attended the vehicle at the customer's location, carried out our initial diagnostic checks and completed the ECU programming without the need for a workshop visit.

This C4 Picasso uses a Bosch EDC17C60 ECU, which we were able to access and program directly through the OBD port using our professional tuning equipment.

Citroën Berlingo 1.5 BlueHDi – Emergency AdBlue Software Solution

We received an emergency call-out for this Citroën Berlingo after an AdBlue system fault left the vehicle unable to start.

As a work van relied upon by its owner for day-to-day business operations, getting it back on the road as quickly as possible was the priority.

Our mobile service allowed us to attend the vehicle directly and carry out the necessary ECU programming without the need for recovery to a workshop.

This Berlingo runs a Bosch MD1CS003 ECU, which required a bench unlock before programming could take place. Once unlocked, we were able to access the ECU through the OBD port to read the original software and apply the required AdBlue software solution.

BMW E90 M3 – Cold Start Delete

This BMW E90 M3 came to us for a cold start delete following the installation of an aftermarket exhaust system.

The S65 4.0L naturally aspirated V8 is known for its distinctive sound, but the factory cold start procedure raises engine speed on startup, making it particularly loud with an aftermarket exhaust fitted.

Our ECU calibration removes the factory cold start routine, allowing the engine to settle into a quieter, more controlled idle immediately after startup, while retaining its original performance and V8 character.

This M3 runs a Siemens MSS60 ECU, which was calibrated via AutoTuner using OBD connection, with the original ECU software securely backed up prior to programming.

BMW X1 18d – Stage 1 ECU Calibration

This BMW X1 18d had been taken off the road due to issues with its blocked DPF, EGR system and intake manifold swirl flaps.

Our software solutions were installed to address these issues, alongside our Stage 1 ECU calibration to improve overall performance and drivability.

The X1 18d can feel sluggish and underpowered in standard form, particularly when accelerating or overtaking. Our Stage 1 calibration delivers a substantial increase in mid-range torque, improved throttle response and stronger acceleration throughout the rev range, making it a much more capable and enjoyable everyday vehicle.

This vehicle also received several additional calibration options, including DPF, EGR and intake manifold swirl flap software solutions, alongside speed limiter removal.
