🔧⚡ Swift Auto Electrics – The End of an Era! ⚡🔧

After much thought and consideration, I've made the decision to close Swift Auto Electrics and move on to a new chapter.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to every single customer who has supported me over the years. Whether you've booked me for a job, recommended me to someone or simply supported the business, it really has meant a lot.

I've met some brilliant people along the way, learnt plenty and made some great memories.

It's bittersweet saying goodbye to something I've put so much time and effort into, but sometimes life takes you in a different direction, and I'm looking forward to what comes next.

One door closes, another one opens!

From myself and my little family, thank you for everything. 💙

Not every fault is as simple as plugging in a diagnostic machine...

From burnt-out control modules to broken wiring hidden deep inside a loom, auto electrical faults can take time, experience and the right equipment to diagnose properly.

If you've got an intermittent fault, warning lights, non-start, or electrical gremlins, get in touch.

🚨 This isn’t Auto Electrics related, but it’s something very close to my heart and important. 🚨

Over this bank holiday weekend, we’ve sadly seen multiple young people lose their lives in open water across the UK. Children and teenagers who simply went into the water to cool off on a hot day and never came home.

Please, please take this seriously.

Rivers, lakes, reservoirs, canals and quarries are far more dangerous than people realise. Even strong swimmers can get into trouble very quickly due to:
👉 Cold water shock
👉 Hidden currents
👉 Sudden drops and deep water
👉 Slippery banks making it hard to get out
👉 Objects hidden beneath the surface

If you want to cool off in this weather, please use supervised swimming areas with lifeguards and proper safety measures in place.

And importantly — if somebody gets into difficulty in the water: ❌ DON’T jump in after them
✅ Call 999 immediately
✅ Use a throw line or something that floats if available
✅ Keep yourself safe

This isn’t about ruining anyone’s fun. It’s about making sure everyone gets home safely.
Please look after yourselves, your friends and your families this summer. 💙

🚑 Keeping the Wee-Woos Powered & Ready ⚡

A few of the ambulances we’ve had through recently 🔧
We look after these inside and out with:
✔️ MRX & LSU charging brackets fitted

✔️ Ongoing issues with NENAWs systems sorted

Emergency vehicles live hard lives and their electrics take a beating — whether it’s cars, vans, lorries or the wee-woos, we make sure everything charges properly, powers up when it should, and doesn’t let you down when it matters most.

From blue-light builds to fault chasing and repairs — we look after it all.

🔥 Fire in the Transit 🔥

This Transit came in with multiple electrical faults — traced back to burnt wiring that took out the BCM. Proper diagnostics, proof found, parts sourced and repair underway.

Alongside that, it’s been wiring repairs, airbag fault diagnostics, and plenty of cold flat batteries ❄️🔋

I may be a bit slow to reply at times, but I’m doing my best and steadily getting back at it.

Thanks for the patience and support 💪

💙 Right then… let’s do this.
I’m slowly phasing back into work and starting to take on jobs again ⚡
Swift Auto Electrics is warming the engines back up — not flat-out just yet, but definitely moving in the right direction.
📩 Feel free to message me for bookings or enquiries — just please be patient with replies and availability while I ease back in properly.
(Translation: I’ll get back to you — just… don’t be a dick if it’s not instantly 😅)
Huge thanks to everyone for the support, kindness, and patience — it genuinely means a lot.
Let’s go. 💪⚡

💙 I want to be open and honest with everyone.
Right now I’m an inpatient receiving treatment for my mental health, and I am currently detained while professionals help me get back to a safe and stable place. This isn’t easy to share, but it feels important to be real about it.

🧠 Mental health looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s a dark day, sometimes it’s prolonged turbulence rather than a single rough landing. Either way, it matters, and it deserves understanding and support.

🔧 Swift Auto Electrics will be temporarily inactive while I focus on my health. I’ll let everyone know when I’m discharged and ready to return.

🙏 I kindly ask people to respect my privacy during this time. I won’t be responding to messages, and I appreciate your understanding while I focus on recovery.

📢 Swift Auto Electrics Update 📢

We’re pleased to share that baby Swift has safely arrived 👶💙. There have been a few mild bumps along the way, so things may be a little slower on the communication front for the next week or so.

Rest assured — every message will be replied to, and we’ll be back in full swing soon with the usual builds, diagnostics and installs.

Thank you all for your patience and continued support 🙏

Apologies for the delays 🙏
We’ve had a lot on recently – both with the workload here at Swift Auto Electrics and some mental & physical health challenges too. But we’re still here, still going, and still committed to keeping you moving ✅

Lately we’ve been tackling battery drains, wiring repairs, ECU diagnostics, towbar installations and plenty more.

And as a little teaser… we’ve got some big blue light builds coming up very soon 👀🚨 Stay tuned!

Thanks so much for your patience and support – it really does mean the world 💙
