Faulty 2.0 TFSI EA113 injectors fully recovered and flowing like new again✅

This Audi TTS came into us with over 300 misfires on cylinder 2!!

We removed the injectors to find cylinder 3 has already been replaced with a new injector which is £220 from main dealer!

The customer thought he would be having to pay nearly £700 for 3 more. But luckily, he came to us and only paid an extra £90 to recover all 3.😁

Our Advanced Cleaning made light work of repairing these injectors from filter basket failure.

In the last photo you can see just how bad the original filter baskets were compared to a new filter basket that’s 1-2 years old.

Marelli Pico Motorbike fuel injector in for testing. Unfortunately non were recoverable. One injector came in with a cracked connector body and full of rust inside, another stuck open constantly leaking, and the other two testing inco
Inconsistent on back to back test. Running them through the cleaning processes made no difference unfortunately.

2.0 TFSI EA113 injector Advanced Cleaning repair service.

One of the processes we use to repair these injectors is completely stripping them down and cleaning each part with an ultrasonic cleaner to ensure no debris is left when we build them back up.

This process isn’t what repairs the injectors but it makes sure they won’t fail due to plastic filter basket debris again.

Advanced Cleaning is an extra service only we offer for most GDI injectors that suffer from filter basket failure.

2.0 TFSI Injectors leaking 😬

These have previously been reconditioned somewhere else. The customer was still getting the same misfire even after having them done and that’s when he decided to book in with us.

We removed his injectors to find cylinder 1 and 3 leaking and incorrectly clocked nozzles.

We correctly clocked the nozzles of the injector so the spray patterns were correct and thoroughly cleaned out all the injectors, to find bits of plastic still inside the injectors.

After a good clean, These were completely dry and no more leaks!
