Cylinder 1 injector stuck open😬

Jaguar V8 injectors in today for testing and cleaning. Straight away we found a problem with one of the injectors 👎🏼

New injector was recommended as this one had failed mechanically rather than a blockage of dirt.

Another set of our 2.0 TFSI 40% V2 Hybrid injectors going out to a customer✅

These flow 40% extra compared to a stock Ko4 injector. This gives enough fuelling through the injector side for up to 650Hp on 99 Ron fuel. This maintains the stock spray pattern due to them being the exact same injector but has been modified to allow extra fuel.

These are the highest flowing 2.0TFSI hybrid injectors on the market.

They have been tried and tested over the past 5+ years and are recommended by lots of tuners due to the fact they are simple to use and run perfectly on idle and full boost!

A satisfying part of our additional unique ‘Advanced Cleaning’ service 🙌🏽

2.0 TFSI injectors fully stripped.

Whilst the nozzles are having the plastic debris removed, we ultrasonic clean every mechanical part of the injector to guarantee no debris or grime is left inside the injector.

This ensures your injectors will be leaving us fully cleaned out and flowing like new again✅
