We are pleased to be hosting yet another fund raising event for Hospice Wairarapa, and invite our followers to come and support the public display on Sunday 15 November. With over 50 cars coming from all around the country, this will be the largest dedicated gathering on 1935 and 1936 Fords anywhere in the world this year so the 90th anniversary is something special. Remember to bring your gold coin (notes will be gladly accepted also !) donation for Hospice. Remember Cars and Coffee Masterton is on at the same time right next door, so easily over 200 cars to see in total, and VIP parking for hot rods & classics.

We’re proud to be the charity partner for Magoo’s 35/36 Ford 90th Anniversary Car Display! 🚗💜

More than 50 classic Fords are heading to Masterton from across the country for this year's world’s largest gathering of 1935 and 1936 Fords. Magoo’s will be raising funds for us over the weekend, and our team will be at the public display collecting donations.

📅 Sunday 15 November
🕘 9am – 11.30am
📍 Copthorne Hotel & Resort Solway Park, High Street, Masterton

Entry is by gold coin donation. It’s a great morning out for car lovers and families, and every dollar helps us keep Hospice services free for our Wairarapa community.

Thank you for your continued support Magoos Street Rods! 🙏

Congratulations Alistair Shaw for winning the Mothers Shine award at the recent Chrome Show. The car is a work of art, thanks to the craftsmanship of our friends at 185 Restorations in West Melton (South Island) . Our role was simply to supply parts from Vintage Air and Lokar for the build.

Another ‘32 coupe body ready for new owner. This one features a channel job as well as the usual chop.

We’re really looking forward to seeing this old friend at Chrome NZ this weekend. We built this ‘66 Pontiac Catalina some years ago after importing the donor car for our customer. 10 years later it is in new ownership and still looking great. If the show inspires you for a new build, or you need information about parts for your current project, then make sure to swing by our Trade stand in Pavilion 6. Don’t miss the NZ Hot Rod Association 65th anniversary celebrations either !

30/09/2026

We only have the space to bring a limited number of parts to display at the Chrome/NZHRA 65th show in Auckland this weekend but we will be taking orders with a free freight offer.
We look forward to catching up with many of our customers .
