Couldn’t let the holiday slip by without a little shop knowledge and questionable handwriting. 🤣

Good Saturday morning and Happy Halloween from Finesse Garage! 🎃☕️

The Saturday crew is rolling in, we might have a few visitors creeping through, and there’s gonna be a whole lot of sparks flying! 🔥⚡️

Our resident pumpkin already got dressed up for the occasion… flowers in her hair and about three teeth left. Around here, we call that character. 🤣🌹

A little fabrication, a little laughter, and whatever trouble the crew dreams up. Just another Saturday keeping the shop spirits alive! 👻🔧

Good morning, crew! ☕🚦 Happy Friday!

Your 4:50 AM traffic-light report: smooth sailing, with a few more big trucks out than usual. Everybody seemed ready to get the day moving… except the coffee maker. 😂

The new machine apparently said, “It’s Friday. I’m calling in sick.” Managed to cough up half a cup before giving up, but it was free, so technically I’m starting the day under budget. 🤣☕

Meanwhile, I dug through the scrap pile and whipped up this target practice tree for a good customer and friend. A few hours, some trash, and a whole lot of future entertainment. See? This is why we can’t throw anything away. 😂🔧

Even gave a couple targets faces. One’s happy to be included. The other has clearly read the job description. 🤣

Got some shop stuff to tackle today, provided the rest of the equipment hasn’t heard about the coffee maker’s attendance policy.

Good Thursday morning, crew! ☕️🚦

The 4:50 AM Traffic-light Report: A tick busier this morning—even a line waiting for Dunkin’ to open, which isn’t the usual sight. Almost like everyone got up a little early, ready to tackle the day… or nobody wanted to tackle it without coffee. 😂☕️

Today brings some organizing and planning for the next step on the loam screener. The smoker is also back in the shop for its winter revamp after its test session. I’m working on a clean heat smoking system, so some fine-tuning is definitely part of the process. Build it, test it, learn a little, and keep dialing it in. 🔧🔥

Coffee first, then let’s see what we can make happen. Have a good day, everyone! 🤘

Good Wednesday morning! ☕🚦

4:50 a.m. Traffic-Light Report: Smooth and cool, with a slight chance of impatience from one driver. Three cars on the road and somehow we’re still in somebody’s way. 😂

We’ve officially reached the time of year when my alarm goes off ten minutes earlier so I can defrost the windshield. I’d rather see the whole road than navigate through a porthole. 🥶🤣

Back in the shop, the motor on the screener is set in stone… or steel, in this case. 💪🔧 Busy day ahead, and the phone’s been ringing about custom car modifications. Let’s keep that going and fill up the winter schedule!

Good Tuesday morning, crew! ☕️

The 4:50 a.m. Traffic-Light Report: pretty calm out there, much like the weather. An abundance of fog lights, though… without a drop of fog in sight. Maybe the fog was inside the vehicle. 😂 Smooth sailing either way!

A little shop action from yesterday 👇 More fabrication on deck today as this big revamp continues. Plenty of cutting, fitting, and figuring between here and the finished product—one piece at a time. 🔧⚡️

Keep the coffee hot and your heads out of the fog, folks. 🤘

Morning crew ☕️🌕

The 4:50 a.m. traffic-light report: all clear and bright, with the full moon guiding the way. But we all know what a full moon brings out… mix that with a Monday and you never know what you’re gonna get. 😂

Inside the shop, the loam screener revamp is taking shape. We’re moving the engine from the tongue to the rear to make towing easier. A little cutting, a little figuring, and some fresh framework to give it a new home.

I’m also scheduling winter work, so if you’ve got a project in mind, shoot me a message and let’s talk about getting it on the calendar. 🔧

Different kind of project, same Finesse. Let’s see what this week brings. 🤘

Morning crew ☕️ Happy Friday!

By popular demand, the 4:50 AM traffic-light report is back. Apparently a few of you noticed your local unpaid traffic correspondent went missing 😂

Smooth sailing this morning, with one high-beam hero and a tailgater right behind them. Maybe there was a “back off a little” conversation happening… who knows. Sure was dark out, though. Makes you appreciate that moonlight a little more. 🌙

Meanwhile, it’s been a little fabrication week here at Finesse Garage. Figured I’d throw in some sparks to help wake everybody up. Coffee can only do so much. 🔥☕️

Keep a little space on the road and save the sparks for the shop. Let’s finish the week strong! 👊

A little shop update tonight. 🔧☕

First off, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has followed along, shared a post, stopped by at a show, trusted me with a project, or simply offered a kind word. There are good people here, and I appreciate you.

I’m taking a break from social media for a while. Finesse Garage is still open, and the work continues. I’m just giving myself a little more room for the shop, my family, and creating without always thinking about the next post.

I enjoy telling the stories behind the work. I might still grab the camera here and there and collect some footage, but for now I’m leaving the posting schedule on the bench.
